On the Outgoing Server tab check the option My outgoing server (SMTP) require authentication and also choose the option Use same settings as my incoming mail server.put a check mark on Remember Password to remember the password also choose the option New Outlook Data File to create a new data file.Then put the password for the mail id on the password field.On Logon information please put your full email address as user name.Incoming and outgoing mail server will be mail.yourdomain name.And on the Server Information choose the option POP3 to configure POP3 email account.Now fill up the required information like on User information please put your name and your email address.Choose the option POP or IMAP then click on Next.Now choose the option Manual setup or additional server types and click on Next.POP and IMAP email account configuration for Outlook 2013įrom the File menu choose the option Info then Account Settings again Account settings to reach to the account settings.
